3.  Getting the word out.  Arguably the most expensive and most difficult of the whole process:  marketing.  Can you radio advertise?  Do you utilize social media channels?  Are you going to have to organize a flyer distribution team along key points on the Las Vegas Strip?  More coordination, more costs.
